The current Public Information Officers are Officer Bill Storment and Captain Kate Novitsky. FATAL CRASH - Tuesday, January 10, 2017

Gallatin Police responded to Nashville Pike near Big Station Camp Blvd for a fatal crash on January 09, 2017 at approximately 9:30 p.m. The investigation has revealed a white Lexus that was east bound on Nashville Pike crossed over the opposing traffic lanes striking a guardrail and flipped into the tree line catching fire. The driver, the only occupant of the vehicle, was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Skyline Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased. The driver has been identified as 24-year-old McKenzie Faulk of Gallatin. The investigation into the cause of the crash continues. There were no other vehicles involved and no other persons were injured.
